REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please email zeekiswim@gmail.com to create your return.
In this email please include your order number and we will send you a returns form to fill out and email back.
Before returning your items, please ensure the product is in its original condition, unwashed and with all tags attached. Hygiene stickers must also still be in place.

Refunds and exchanges will be granted if returned within 14 days from the
date of purchase and returned in its original packaging.


Zeeki Swim has the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if products do not comply with our returns policy once assessed.


SALE ITEMS: do not qualify for a refund.


NOTE: Zeeki Swim does not supply return labels. Returns are at your own expense unless
garment is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your
refund. Zeeki Swim recommends using a trackable shipping service for orders over $75.
If your return request has been granted, you will be notified via the contact details you have provided.
If you have lost or misplaced your returns form, email zeekiswim@gmail.com and we will happily send you another copy.
